Tarva Privacy Policy

Tarva is a workforce app provided by MEISON LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16234185). Our registered office is Office 1, Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham B1 3NJ. MEISON LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC195470).

The role we play. Tarva is provided to you by the organisation you work with. That organisation decides what information is held about you and why; in data protection terms it is the controller, and MEISON processes your information on its behalf to run the service. For the small amount of information we hold to operate accounts and provide support, MEISON is the controller.

Information the app handles.

  • Your name, email address and phone number, to operate your account and sign you in.
  • Your schedule and related work records, shown to you by your organisation.
  • Pay records your organisation makes visible to you.
  • Messages between you and your organisation's office, including photos and documents you choose to attach.
  • A device notification token, so the app can alert you to new messages.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to run Tarva. We do not track your location.

Where your information lives. Tarva's data is hosted within the European Union by our hosting providers. Information is encrypted in transit.

How long it is kept. Your information is kept for as long as your organisation uses Tarva to work with you, and removed in line with its retention choices. If your access is removed, the app no longer shows you this information.

Your rights. You have rights under UK data protection law, including access to your information and correction of anything inaccurate. Because your organisation controls most of the information in Tarva, requests are usually best made to your office; we support them in responding. You can also contact us at support@tarva.co.uk, and you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Account removal. Accounts are created and removed by your organisation. If you want your account removed, ask your office; you can also contact support@tarva.co.uk.
