What does it cost to get started?
Getting started is free. If your business outgrows the Starter tier, you can upgrade to Growth at any time.
Is the Starter tier really free?
Yes. No card details, no time limit.
What counts towards my tier limit?
As you recruit new team members, they will move through different statuses, including Applicant, Interviewing and Onboarding.
Only fully onboarded, Active team members count towards your plan's tier limit.
When one of your team leaves, temporarily or permanently, they can be made Inactive, or have their profile Closed entirely. In either case, they would no longer count towards your tier limit.
I'm at my tier limit, do I have to upgrade?
No. You should only consider upgrading if your business needs a larger active team than your plan allows.
You may be able to stay within the limits of your existing plan by making active team members inactive on the days they are not required, so others can be made active in their place.
Can we bring our data across from spreadsheets?
Yes. Download our template and add your existing data to it. Then upload the file into the import wizard, which handles the transfer process.
Alternatively, you can add your team, vehicles and other assets manually at your own pace.
Do drivers cost extra?
No. Tarva has no per-driver charges. Your plan covers your whole active team, whatever their role.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No. Tarva has no minimum contract term and no notice period. Paid plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. The free tier has no time limit.
Where is our data held?
All Tarva data is held in the UK and the European Union.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data belongs to you. You can export it upon request. If you close your account, we delete everything except what we're required to retain by law.
