What does Tarva cost?
Getting started is free. The Starter tier is fully featured, with no card details and no time limit. Paid tiers raise the limits on team size and locations, and the full detail is on the pricing page.
Why is starting on Tarva free?
Because a business that grows on Tarva tends to stay on it. The Starter tier is the whole system, and when your team outgrows it, the paid tiers are ready.
We run our business on spreadsheets today. Do we have to start over in Tarva?
No. Download our template, add your existing data, and upload it to the import wizard, which handles the transfer.
Do our team need to install anything?
Team members use the Tarva app for their schedule, messages and pay. Anyone managing the team uses the web app on desktop, laptop or tablet. There is nothing to install.
Is Tarva tied to a particular contract, franchise or distribution company?
No. Tarva is supplier-neutral. Whether you hold a contract or run an independent business, it runs the operation you have, with your own thresholds, settings and processes.
Does Tarva support vehicle telematics?
Tarva supports Geotab for vehicle tracking, odometer and fuel or charge state, stored beside the rest of the operation. DVLA checks for MOT and tax run on every vehicle, every day.

Who can see our data?
You decide. Access is set per user, per module, which means each person sees exactly what you want them to. Every action is logged, with who did what and when. Your data is backed up automatically, and it is never sold.
